Hello and welcome back to the Stinkin' Inkers challenge. This month our theme is:
"It's a Snap"
For this challenge, we would like you to use rubber bands to create a background or panel for your project. You may find a tutorial for this technique below.
For this technique you can use all size rubber bands and clear blocks. Wrap rubber bands around a clear block (as seen in picture). You may leave the rubber bands for twist them for a different look.
